Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you can place an order without registering. However, if you do register with us, you can also benefit from the following:

How do I return an item?
We offer a 28 day return policy from the day your order is received. Please email customerservices@garmentquarter.com stating your order number, and your reason for return.
Please ensure when returning items, the postage receipt is kept until the return has been fully processed. We also advise that Special Delivery be used when returning items of higher value.
GarmentQuarter cannot be held responsible if returns from outside of the EU become held in customs. Any charges applied due to this will need to be paid for by the Customer.
PLEASE NOTE - Underwear items (Boxers/Briefs) & Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Fragrances will only be accepted as a return if returned in original condition (full packaging including sealed in plastic wrap). Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for full details.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We aim to process returns within 7 days of receipt and will notify you by email once this has been completed. If you have not heard from us within 7 days, please email us and we will look into this for you. Please note that during busy periods (i.e. Christmas), there may be minor delays in processing returns, however, we will keep you updated on the progress of your returns.
How long will it take for a refund to appear on the balance of my card?
We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receipt, and you will be notified once this has been completed. It can take 3 - 5 working days for the refund to appear on the balance of your card. If it has not appeared on the balance of your account after 5 working days please notify us by email.
Is it possible to reserve items online?
We are unable to place internet stock on hold.

You can shop safely and confidently with us. We use a very strong 256 bit encryption SSL protocol to ensure that all personal data sent from your browser to our servers cannot be viewed. Credit card details are always encrypted and never stored on our servers.
How can I report a technical problem with GarmentQuarter.com?
We do our best to ensure that our site works on all major browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari), but if you find a defect we would be very grateful if you could let us know about it.
