No, you can place an order without registering. However, if you do register with us, you can also benefit from the following:

We offer free returns within the UK only if you request a return label within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Please ensure when returning items, the postage receipt is kept until the return has been fully processed. We also advise that Special Delivery be used when returning items of higher value.
Garment Quarter cannot be held responsible if returns from outside of the EU become held in customs. Any charges applied due to this will need to be paid for by the Customer.
PLEASE NOTE - Underwear items (Boxers/Briefs) & Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Fragrances will only be accepted as a return if returned in original condition (full packaging including sealed in plastic wrap). Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for full details.
We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt and will notify you by email once this has been completed. If you have not heard from us within 7 working days, please email us and we will look into this for you. Please note that during busy periods (i.e. Christmas), there may be minor delays in processing returns, however, we will keep you updated on the progress of your returns.
