Returns and Exchanges

Christmas Returns Policy

Any items purchased as a Christmas Gift from 17th October 2016 may be returned for a refund or exchange up until January 7th 2017. 

Our normal returns policy applies (see below).


RETURNS

At Garment Quarter, we want you to be 100% happy with your order and give you 28 days (14 days for Sale items) to notify us if you wish to return your order for a refund, exchange or credit note. 


We are currently offering Free Returns within the UK only if you request a return label from us within 7 days of receipt of your order.


Please email [email protected] stating FREE RETURN REQUEST and your order number and we will email you a return label. 


Please note we cannot post the free return labels.


Once your label is received please ensure you return the item to us within the date specified.


For returns after the 7 day free return period and outside the UK you are responsible for the return cost, please follow the below steps:-

 

Follow these steps if you wish to return an order:

 

STEP1: Check our returns and exchange policy below to ensure you can return the item(s).

 

STEP2: Please quote your order number and reason for return on the invoice or a note.  There is no need to seek authorisation if you are returning an item within the returns period.

 

STEP3: In secure packaging, send back your parcel using a recorded service to:

Note: If you would like to return using a label provided by us after 7 days but within the return period we will be happy to assist for a small cost of £3.00.

 

We aim to process the return within 7 working days.
(Please allow a further 2-3 working days for your bank to process any refund)


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: If returning goods from outside the UK please state description of contents as "Returns" and specify value as zero to avoid incurring duty costs. 

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

We are also currently offering the free return label if you wish to exchange your item – please contact us regarding the exchange and we will provide a label for you.


Follow these steps if you wish to exchange an order:

 

STEP1: Check our returns and exchange policy below to ensure you can return the item(s).

 

STEP2: Notify [email protected] that you wish to exchange an order.  Please quote your order number and reason for return.

 

STEP3: In secure packaging, send back your parcel using a recorded service to:

In 1-3 working days your exchange will be completed.

 

We will send out your replacement item(s) using our express delivery services free of charge.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Upon receipt of your order, we operate a ‘try on only policy’, which gives you 28 days to notify us if you wish to return your order for a refund.   Once this has been approved the item(s) must be returned in original condition as received along with a copy of your invoice. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return.

 

Upon receipt of your order, we operate a 28-day exchange on Full Price items.  We offer a 14-day policy for Sale (discounted) items.  Items must be returned in original condition along with a copy of your invoice and a note with return/exchange details.  Archive sale items should have been returned within seven days with strictly no exceptions.

 

Faulty/damaged items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition. This includes all packaging that the item is received in and tags still attached. For example, all shoes must be returned in the shoe-box that they come with.

 

For hygiene reasons, underwear, unlined swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

 

All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched, therefore if an item is returned that we deem used/soiled the item will be returned to yourself and no refund given.

 

The item is your responsibility until it has reached us at our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return suitably to avoid any damage during transit. We advise that all items are returned via Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery (we would advise Special Delivery for higher priced items), and that proof of postage is kept until the return has been completed.

 

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt. You will be notified by email once completed.
