Womenswear Sales Advisor 38-40 Hours


We're looking for a womenswear sales advisor to join our brand new Merchant Street concept store.

Your responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- In depth product knowledge
- Great attention to detail
- Work well within our dynamic team
- Stay up to date the latest luxury trends

About you/What we expect of our employees
- A keen interest in women's luxury fashion and current trends
- Enthusiastic and can work under pressure
- Work flexible hours including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Competitive salary 

Hours of work will be 10am – 7pm 5 days a week with weekend work on a rota basis.  We are also open on Bank Holidays.

Ecommerce & Dispatch Assistant

 
Weekend, Part Time and Full Time hours available.
Salary – dependent on experience.
 
Your responsibilities 
- Accurately picking & packing all allocated online orders in a timely manner.
- Confirm products are in perfect condition and packaged to GQ standards, gift wrapping where required.
- Keeping dispatch area, warehouse and stock rooms in tidy and workable state.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in dispatch.
- Ad hoc duties where required.

Customer Service Advisor 38-40 Hours

 
Working in our busy and dynamic office, supporting our brilliant customers. There are no call scripts and a real emphasis on fantastic service!
 
Your responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries over the phone or via email
- Resolving customers' queries the first time they are raised, liaising with other departments to ensure resolution
- Taking ownership of any complaints and following Garment Quarter procedures to ensure the complaint is resolved in a timely manner
- Recognising customer contact trends and giving feedback to team leader
- Providing outstanding customer service

About you/What we expect of our employees
- At least 2 years’ experience within any of the following roles - Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Adviser, Complaint Handler or similar.
- Confidence in using in-house computer systems to access and maintain computerised records 
- Enthusiasm, hardworking and can work under pressure
- Very observant, with good attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
 
Hours of work will be 9am – 6pm 5 days a week with weekend work on a rota basis.  We are also open on Bank Holidays.
 
 

Assistant Manager 38-40 Hours

 
We're looking for an assistant manager to join our brand new concept store in the centre of Bristol.
Salary dependent on experience.
 
Your responsibilities 
- Deliver world class customer service at all times 
- Coordination of the store rota and management of staff timekeeping and absence reporting
- Supporting the Store Manager in ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded through outstanding service
- Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability
- Ensuring staff competence in exceptional customer service
- Seek to continuously expand and develop brand awareness and product knowledge
- Work closely with the Store Manager to plan, forecast and report on sales and business performance according to company requirements and deputise in their absence
- Implement and maintain effective and efficient operational processes and procedures
 
About you/What we expect of our employees
- It's essential that you've had at least 2 years’ retail experience and one of those years within a supervisory/managerial position; even better if your experience is within luxury brands.
- We are looking for someone confident, enthusiastic and personable with excellent leadership skills.
- Working within the fashion sector can be quite challenging - there is a lot to learn, so it's a huge plus if you're a quick learner and able to retain a wealth of information.
