Returns and Refunds


Please note that all standard terms and conditions relating to returning products apply - see below.


At Garment Quarter, we want you to be 100% happy with your order and give you 28 days (14 days for Sale items) from receipt of your order to return goods to us if you wish to receive a refund, exchange or credit note. 

Please note we do not offer free returns but we can send you a paid return label at a cost of around $25 (or local currency) which will be deducted from your refund.

To receive your return label please email [email protected] with your order number and request.

Once we receive your return we aim to process your refund within 7 working days.
(Please allow a further 2-3 working days for your bank to process any refund)


Alternatively, to return your order using your preferred courier, please follow these steps:

 STEP1: Logon to our returns portal by clicking here (https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/mZsp) and enter your order number (e.g. GE1234567GB) and email address you used to place your order originally.


STEP2: For each item you are returning enter a quantity and reason for return.


STEP3: Note RMA number displayed and click the print return label button.


STEP4: In secure packaging please send back your parcel back including this document to the address above using a recorded service. 


We aim to process the return within 7 working days.

(Please allow a further 2-3 working days for your bank to process any refund)


Please note we do not offer free returns for exchanges but you can make an additional payment by credit card or PayPal for around $25 (or local currency) for us to send you a return label.

Upon receipt of your order, we operate a ‘try on only policy’, which gives you 28 days to return full priced goods to us (you have 14 days to return sale items) if you wish to return your order for a refund.   Once this has been approved the item(s) must be returned in original condition as received along with a copy of your invoice. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return.


Faulty/damaged items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.


In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition. This includes all packaging that the item is received in and tags still attached. For example, all shoes must be returned in the shoe-box that they come with.


For hygiene reasons, underwear, unlined swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.


All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched, therefore if an item is returned that we deem used/soiled the item will be returned to yourself and no refund given.


The item is your responsibility until it has reached us at our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return suitably to avoid any damage during transit. We advise that all items are returned via Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery (we would advise Special Delivery for higher priced items), and that proof of postage is kept until the return has been completed.


We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt. You will be notified by email once completed.
